From Albany and Lake Champlain Route 87 Corridor

Warrensburg Exit 23 to Route 28 to Blue Mountain Lake to Thendara, 1 mile south of Old Forge.

From Syracuse (2 hours) and Rochester (3 hours):
NYS Thruway to Utica Exit. Follow Route 12N to Route 28N to Thendara, 1 mile south of Old Forge.
